Overall I am very pleased with the product and service. There is another excellent review on here which describes the limitations of this version, and how you can upgrade to the Academic or Full versions if necessary. School use Sibelius 6: the files can be exported between the two versions. This version seems to work very well for now. There is a final registration check to confirm this before the product can be used. It took around 4 hours to download on a home broadband connection.The product can only be used on one computer. All that is necessary is to register on the Avid website, enter the download key and wait. Other buyers have found that dealing directly with Avid has been difficult for them. I chose to buy through Amazon rather than directly from Avid because of the good experience I have had of Amazon customer service.
